The Foresthill High School Homecoming began early Friday morning with the local Lions Club preparing their annual pancake breakfast for the Wildfires football team and cheerleaders. The athletes greatly enjoyed the pancakes, scrambled eggs, ham and doughnuts before their early morning classes began on this homecoming day.

The Lions Club returned in the evening to judge the floats constructed by the Wildfire students. The “Frozen Moana” float built by the Junior Class won the event with the Senior Class “Icee” float placing 2nd.

The beautiful evening followed with the Wildfire Football Team taking on Woodland Christian. Foresthill lost the homecoming game by a decisive 35 to 7 score. The following week the Wildfires out played Delta 37 to 15 and followed up their next game defeating Valley Christain 47 to 12. The FHS Team overall season standing is 4 -6, while league standing is 2 – 3.
