Some have said that this years 4th of July Parade and Festivities were the best in years. There plenty of entries in the always well attended parade that had folks lined up from one end of Main Street to the other. And the announcing booth was once again located on the deck at the Forest House Lodge. The festivities in the park included live music along with various food offerings, non-profit and for profit vendors, game booths and of course the American Legion’s always delicious deep pit barbecue offering.
