Join us on Saturday, November 19th at 9 am to Support the Foresthill High School and participate in the 3rd Annual Run for Health Trail 5K run/walk. A race benefiting the school’s Track and Field program is prepared and organized by the 2016 Cardio-Health class taught by Mrs. Katie Cantrell.

The run will be held at the Foresthill high school on our very own Cross Country course. Our course is fairly flat and mostly on single trail or dirt roads. The cost is $20 to participate and includes a t-shirt ($15 without the shirt).

Register online at and search for Run for Health or pick up a registration form from the Foresthill Divide High school. Registration day of will cost $20. All ages are welcome and there will be awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd of each age group. Overall male and females will receive awards by Fleet Feet Sports.

Stay after you finish your race to enjoy a post-race fruit and dessert bar. There will also be delicious Mandarin oranges that have been donated from Highland Farms in Newcastle. Be sure to mark your calendar and come join us in the 3rd annual 5k run and support the High school on November 19th at 9am.
