Foresthill High School celebrated the Graduating Class of 2021 this last Saturday. The bright, crisp morning presented excited, students, family and faculty ready to enjoy the outdoor event to memorialize the presentation of diplomas to the 37 graduating students. Principal Danise Hitchcock presented the opening message and presented diplomas to each graduating student. The graduating class, having endured the Covid shutdown, were jubilent to have the ability to celebrate with their class peers.

Three students, John Buck, McKayla Lechner and River Rosenberg,  earned their position of Valedictorians. Each presented a speech encompassing FHS Core Values: Perseverance, Ingenuity, Pride, Respect and Integrity. Isabella Edwards was honored as the Salutatorian.

The audience was assured that the future is in good hands with the upcoming generation.

On the heels of the graduation ceremony, a parade for the graduates was held along Main Street. The event was organized by the Booster Club and hosted by Brew Masters Deli. It was a time to have fun with the decorated cars& motorcycles, exuberant cheers, lots of excitement, a few firecrackers, revving engines along with a few stalls. Great fun was had by all.
