To the disappointment of the Foresthill community, the 4th of July annual parade was cancelled due to Covid 19. The entire community was greatly disappointed to have this annual tradition cut short, however an impromptu event provided much pleasure to the residents of Foresthill.

Townsfolk met early morning on Main Street  to protest the lack of celebration and in the wink of an eye music started up and community members showed up along Main Street in 4th of July regalia. Red, white and blue American Flags were everywhere, and  community members held their protest celebration.
